A fully vaccinated, Registered Optician will come to your home, business, school, or community center. You get to try on some frames, and if you find some you like, great! If not, don’t feel obligated to purchase anything. We are open 7 days a week from 9 am -9pm.

• We sanitize everything in between customers and wear a mask at all times including a face shield when taking measurements
• You will get your glasses dispensed in a protective case with a free anti-fog cleaning kit

Eyeglasses Consultation – 45 Min – Free

During your appointment, you get to try on frames. An experienced Registered Optician, will give you their expert opinion of what frames and lenses will work best with your prescription, look good on you, and give you the best vision. And because you are in the comfort of your own home, you can get the opinions of family or friends and even order glasses in your pj’s. And, if you don’t see anything that you like, there is no pressure or obligation to purchase.

Eyeglasses Dispensing – 20 Min – Free

We deliver your eyeglasses in a protective case with a complimentary cleaning kit. During your appointment we will adjust your new glasses and make sure they are fitting perfectly before we leave.

Optician Service – Eyeglasses Warranty / Adjustment appointment

During your appointment, we will examine the glasses to determine what has to be replaced, if covered under warranty, then we order what is required or replace the complete pair. Or if it’s still within the 30 days and you’re getting an exchange, you would select your new frame during this time or we will give you a full refund if you are not satisfied with the glasses and are returning them.

During your appointment we will give your glasses a deep cleaning in the portable ultrasonic cleaner, adjust them and replace nose pads if applicable, all while you relax at home.

We will adjust glasses purchased elsewhere but at your own risk as we cannot replace them in case they break. While this is very rare, and we are very careful and experienced at adjusting glasses, some materials weaken over time and become brittle. There’ s always a risk of them breaking during an adjustment.
